  1. Hurt is tied with Perriello! and according to all the Hurt bashers, Hurt isn't doing anything.

whatever he is doing, it is the right thing.

  2. Perriello was 30 points behind when the first poll was done two years ago.

  3. Since the margin of error is 3.2% Boyd has about the same number. This means Boyd and Hurt are tied- that is much better for Boyd and shows he' a real candidate.

Hurt should have much more of a lead given the LaCivita's reasons that Hurt represents a 1/3 of the district. The poll isn't bad news for Hurt but it sure isn't good news.

  4. If you want to play that spin game, you have to add the same margin of error to Hurt and that puts hi up 3.2%. Let's wait till tomorrow and see what the head to heads show. Any predictions ?

  5. Yes, Hurt will have a lead, it will be a lower number than the poll done by Boyd's people a while ago. It will show a receding not expanding lead for Hurt.

  6. I was polled by Boyd's poll. It was somewhat of a push poll so no one took it very seriously. But you have to take Verga's attack on it and throw that completely out because it just was wrong on the polling method. I wonder how some of the candidates who will barely show up in the poll will proceed.

  7. real 5th: the "lower" polling candidates have no incentive to get out of the nomination race. they can still get on the ballot, spend no money & nothing changes for them.

  8. I would say that Ferrin, Morton, and McPadden might drop out when they have to pay their 3-5 grand filing fee next month. Not sure of the exact amount but these candidates don't have the money

Good point on Vega's attack on Boys's poll now- kind of makes Verga look like a big complainer on this

  9. WEll Kelly in VA. Looks like you were right all along. To bad they keep bashing you on Bill Mays Minister of Properganda for VERGA site. HURT has double digit lead on todays poll. VERGA 2%. He needs another LOAN!!

  10. dumb of me not to know there was filing fee to get on the ballot. that might change things for the candidates with little to no money.
